By accessing or using Slyce by Kiwana AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Slyce provides AI-powered video editing tools including clip extraction, caption generation, audio enhancement, reframing, B-roll suggestions, and hook detection.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Slyce. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload and create using Slyce. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Credits reset monthly on your billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Slyce to process content that violates any applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains harmful or prohibited material.

7. Limitation of Liability

Slyce is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
